BASIC SKILLS WITH NUMBERS

Many times it is critical that somebody can read a number correctly. Here are some examples:
a. How to read a year:
1972: nineteen seventy-two
2013: twenty thirteen BUT ALSO two thousand and thirteen

b. How to say that something happened on a specific date.For example:
When were you born?
I was born on the 20th of May 1980.

c. Let's say now you need to buy something. How would you say:
$525 = five hundred and twenty five dollars
$1,346= one thousand three hundred and fourty six dollars
$2,456,234 = two millions four hundred fifty-six thousand two hundred and thirty four dollars
$3.14 = three point fourteen dollars 

d. Then let's say you need to give your phone number to someone. How would you say:
210 25 22 539: two one o two five double two five three nine
